Orion Pharma (www.orion.fi/en/), a pharmaceutical company based in Finland, would like to receive information (known as feedback) about Raynaud’s phenomenon from people suffering from this condition to help Orion to develop a new class of medication for this condition.
Orion will use the information provided to better understand the medical needs of people with Raynaud’s phenomenon and how they cope with the condition. You will be asked to provide information on three main topics:
Basic information on yourself
How you control the symptoms of Raynaud’s phenomenon
Background on your Raynaud’s phenomenon condition
In this feedback form, we will NOT collect any personal information that can identify you in any way, and we will NOT collect any electronic data from your computer (such as the computer IP address or similar). This means that you will remain totally anonymous when completing this feedback form.
Orion Pharma will use the information collected using this feedback form for internal decision-making purposes only to support its clinical development program for Raynaud’s phenomenon.
